“WHITE PIGEON, Mich. — Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel filed a lawsuit against a paper company for alleged discharges of PFAS-contaminated wastewater in St. Joseph County.
The lawsuit was filed in Ingham County Circuit Court against Ox Paperboard WP, LLC and White Pigeon Mills, LLC, which is collectively ‘Ox Paperboard.’
The lawsuit alleges Ox Paperboard’s unauthorized wastewater discharges resulted in the release of hazardous substances into the White Pigeon River and surrounding area, including PFAS.”…
