“EMMET COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — The Emmet County Board of Commissioners were able to learn what is going on with the PFAS levels in the area water from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes. and Energy and the Health Department of Northwest Michigan during their meeting on Monday.
EGLE representatives have taken 134 samples from wells in Pellston. 12 of those wells had PFAS levels above the actionable levels.
