“Some Maryland farmers and scientists are sounding the alarm over PFAS, commonly known as forever chemicals, showing up in biosolids used as fertilizer.

They say the actions taken by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are being stalled and underfunded.

Farmer Sam Wright of Washington County said he has avoided using biosolids on his farm.” …
